Task

Finansing the acquisition of hotel Fjordgaarden in Ringkøbing was the task presented to Plancore

Our approch

The challenge was to execute a complex aquisition. Through close collaboration between bank, auditors, lawyers and the investor, a tailored financing model was developed that made the project possible.A solution where struture, collaboration and trust went hand in hand.

Closing/transfer of the property and operating company in October 2025

Reference project

Smedeland

A new green district in development. Hersted industrial park is planned as an innovative and sustainable new neighbourhood that over the next 20 years will be developed into 11 districts featuring housing, commerical areas and recreational spaces. The Glostrup Nord light rail station has just opened in October 2025.

Task

Facilitate sales of property in Smedeland including participation in local planning meeting

Our approch

Our extensive network proved its value once again and through negotations with Plancore as facilitator, an ideal buyer for the site was identified

Result

The plot was sold and the local development plan is expected to be published later in 2025. The plan includes 20.000 M2 of residential construction on the property sold.
